Wow, what a location! Right near all the famous sights and plenty of places to eat and shop. Super convenient for exploring the city and finding everything you need. the check-in process was a breeze and we received all the necessary information beforehand. Plus, the host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always there to answer our questions and provide recommendations. the apartment itself was clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. And the added bonus of snacks and cakes was a lovely touch.
Just a couple of minor things to note. the apartment was on the smaller side and might not be ideal for larger groups.

The location of this apartment is superb, just a short walk from the Piazza San Marco basilica. It's incredibly convenient, with restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and souvenir shops all nearby. We were able to easily join small tours that were just a 5-minute walk away. Rachele, the host, provided us with detailed information for self-check-in and gave great recommendations for places to eat. The apartment was clean, with all the amenities we needed, and Rachele even left snacks and cakes for us.
The apartment is quite small for the price, so I wouldn't recommend it for more than two people. Additionally, the shower was rather small and there was no kettle, which we found to be a basic item that was missing.

We had an amazing stay at San Marco Luxury Studio. Rachele, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip. She even came to meet us at the Rialto Bridge to guide us to the apartment and rescued us when we were accidentally locked in. the location of the studio is superb, near the famous Piazza San Marco and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and souvenir shops. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city and joining some small tours. Rachele provided detailed information about self check-in, recommended great places to eat, and ensured that the room and bathroom were clean and well-stocked with amenities. She even left us snacks and cakes to enjoy during our stay. Cons: Nothing bad to say 😊.
